  • Cancer diagnosed due to medical practice

    Hi,

I am heading to file a valsartan lawsuit against a doctor. My grandmother was having some heart problems. She faced a minor heart attack. We took her to the hospital immediately. She was saved. Her doctor prescribed a medicine called "Valsartan". My grandmother was consuming that medicine for some days. We saw noticeably bad changes in her appearance and health. She was struggling to breathe. When her body scan was done, it was found that she is having mild lung cancer. It was a recalled medicine by FDA. That medicine was containing cancer-causing agents like active carcinogen. It was slowly killing my grandmother.

We want to give her the best treatment. For that, we need compensation from that doctor who prescribed this recalled medicine and from the medical store which is still selling this dangerous drug. We are going to approach a valsartan lawsuit lawyer suggested by one of my friends. Had anyone filed a similar lawsuit like this here before? How was their services? Will it delay to win the case and get the compensation?

    Thanks!
