Hello! This is my first post and I am desperate for a bit of advice/help.
I currently have a car on finance with close brothers, I am self employed and due to some unforeseen circumstances within family and work life, I am no longer able to make the monthly repayments and regularly miss the payment date.
Here’s where the issues start. I’ve had a look online at my different options and they seem limited. I have only had the car for 14 months out of the 5 years, which means I haven’t paid off close to the 50% needed to “give the car back.”
The car is in great condition, I’m just a little unsure where to go or what my options are and because I haven’t made the 50% repayments I’m a bit clueless.
I would really appreciate some advice if anyone could help.
