  • Return of Goods Order

For over 2 years I have never missed a payment and about 12 months a go I missed some payments, I always brought up to date but I did receive a default notice during this time. Last month I owed 1 & half months witch I agreed to pay on the 23rd, but didn't pay until the 30th but it was paid in full.

Today I received documents from court for a return of goods dated 29th which after contacting me have stated they are proceeding with. My question is by the time it is heard I will have made an additional 2 pay leaving no arrears and only 9 payments left. Can they still enforce this and if they do can I appeal, if it is suspended does it get registered on my credit file even if I don't reduce my monthly payments.
