Hi All,
I recently came to the end of a 4 year PCP agreement with FCA Automotive. I did not need to keep the car, so arranged to have it collected. The inspection company came on the 16th March, and advised me all was fine, except £60 for a scraped alloy. I am also expecting a circa £400 excess mileage charge. I received the inspection report from the inspector on the day via email. It is now 6 weeks since the vehicle was collected and I haven’t had an invoice or any notification that these charges are due. When I queried with FCA they said they hadn’t received the inspection report. I just wondered, is there a limit on how much time can pass before they can’t send a bill? For example, could they send a bill in a years time, or does it have to be within 60 days etc?
Thanks in advance!
