I* took a PHP agreement with a Car finance company to purchase a Mitsubishi in 2016 for 23K I had a deposit of 7K. The Car has a Mitsubishi FSH*. My agreement is due to end in August this year and my balloon payment in August is 7.5K to own the car which probably worth about 11-12K.* The Warranty ran out in Dec 2019 and in Feb the car broke down and the estimated repair cost 16K.* Where do I stand legally when wanting to return the Car to the finance company? Please Help.
Returning Car to finance Company that is currently awaiting repairs.
