After a couple of weeks, the finance company have accepted the VT. They've passed my details on to an auction house who, to be fair, have been speedy with their responses. The problem is they're saying they only open Tuesday and Tuesday from 10.30am to 2.30pm. As I work (and have just started a new position last week) the timings are impossible. I've also only got a small period of time to return the car.
Could anyone suggest what I could do? They want £150 to collect the car, which isn't acceptable for me.
