    Ending a finance agreement

    Hi
    hope someone can help.
    I'm looking to change my car and I have found the car I want. The finance has been agreed but here is my issue.
    My current car is on HP and I have paid 57% but if I part exchange it there is more owing on the finance than the car is worth.
    The current finance is with Motonova and the new finance would be with Motonova so do I hand the old car back under VT and would I risk issues with the new car?
