  • Do I need to get MOT Advisory repairs carried out before returning car?

I have done what was advised on the site and have informed my lender that I wish to terminate my agreement and they have phoned and acknowledged that they accept this and they would send out an inspector from the British Car Auctions to asses the vehicle.
I have just had the car Serviced and MOT'd, I also had a rear brake calliper and rear pads replaced which has cost me over £300, this was to get it through the MOT, it passed with 2 advisory notes, one was that the front pads were thinning and that the rear discs were begging to show signs of corrosion but were not dangerous.
I have been advised to get these repairs carried out by someone who has had dealings with the BCA in the past, the problem is I have not got the money to have the work carried out, this would be another £300
