Looking for some advice please.
I got a letter from smart parking with a charge for overstaying in their car park by 25 mins. The letter is dated 15 days after. I admitted fault by sending a bank statement in the appeal proving I was in the cafe and shops the car park serves and advised I felt it was unfair as their camera doesn’t take into consideration the time to get in and out of the car park and it was a busy day. Have I any chance of a successful appeal now? From what I’ve read being outside the 14 days only matters if you don’t reveal who the driver was?
