Please can you advise.
In June this year I parked in disabled bay paid for ticket. I have a blue badge I forgot to place on dash . I came back 10 minutes later and found a ticket on the windscreen. I appealed to Excel with photographic proof I was entitled to park their. They dismissed my appeal I Appealed to IPA . They found in their favour. Today received letter from their solicitor threatening court action if I didn't pay £160.
