  • CCJ Set aside at court hearing - how to file a defence and to whom

Hope someone can help. A couple of months ago I posted that my daughter had received a CCJ from Civil Enforcement for parking in a car park even though I was driving her car. She has successfully managed to get the CCJ set aside by the court yesterday but the judge said she needs to serve a defence so that the CCJ isn't put back on.
I wasn't allowed in the court with her so I am not sure what we need to do - serve the defence to whom, court who issued the CCJ or Civil Enforcement
The judge told my daughter that the witness statements were well written and that the defence should be along those lines but she didn't ask how to do it or where to send it.
Also we had to attend a hearing at Barnet Civil Court and as we are from the North East travelled to London and stayed overnight at a hotel at our own expense. The judge said we should have had the hearing at Newcastle, apologised and sais we should claim expenses from the Money Claims Centre - again any idea how we can do this

    Thanks

    Louise
