    Parking ticket fine... jaccobs want money

    HI
    I received a letter from Jaccobs to whom Ive spoken to Ms C Fletcher and I have now paid the ticket to the council however she is still sending letters saying that she is coming round for the rest of the money. I paid the council the full and they have accepted it. This woman is constantly calling my phone.
    I have all my doors windows and gates locked can they still get in and how do I sort this out. Please help she is meant to be coming today?
