Hi
I have been back in the UK for 6 weeks now and discovered some unpaid parking fines registered to my car courtesy of my younger brother - i called Birmingham City Council who have confirmed there are 3 outstanding fines that have all now been passed to a company called Equita.
I explained to the council that i have been working in Dubai for the past 8 months and was unaware of these fines, I am however in possesion of the NTO & Charge Certificates as i have gone through my post since i have returned and refuse to have to pay the fees the bailiff will charge.
What are my options from here on
Any advice is appreciated
