  • Letter from Bristo & Sutor for council PCN I know nothing about.NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT

hello everyone, Today out of the blue I received a letter form Bristow & Sutor Saying I owe them £408.44 for an unpaid PCN from the local council.
This is the first I've heard about this and the information on the letter is incredibly vague, there is no mention of vehicle or even when the incident apparently occurred.
there is two pages, One headed ENFORCEMENT PROCESS COMMENCED and the second is NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT.
naturally I don't want to deal with these people so any advice on this would be greatly appreciated
