Quick overview of the situation:
I received a PCN code 12 for parking in a resident parking while visiting a resident in a working capacity with another service. The council (Leeds) didn't believe me. I proved a hand written letter from the resident which was not considered. It's gone to tribunal and I now have Adjudicator requesting a letter from my organisation confirming the appointment and details of the person attending the visit along with the services details. Below is the copy and paste of what is requested. My question relations to whether or not this would be a breach of confidentiality ?
"Mr Dale is asked to provide from his employer written confirmation (by letter) ofthe appointment he says was scheduled for 9 am. That confirmation should
include the name of any person attending with him together with the name and
address of their service / agency."
Any support would be much appricated.
