Hi there,
I have received a debt recovery letter from Tracegroup as well as Debt Recovery plus for PCN’s that I have not ever seen before. They are chasing for payment in the amounts of £170 and £125, respectively.
I have sent letters to Met Parking, Horizon parking, with the debt recovery companies in CC (recorded delivery), to let them know I have not received these PCN’s previously and to halt any debt recovery companies from chasing me. Today I received a text message SOLICITOR ACTION: As you have still not made payment your case is now ready to go to our client's solicitor. Please call TRACE urgently on 0333 577 4447 to prevent this action.
Please would anyone be able to assist or offer any advice on this matter and the process?
