PCN Advice Please

Advice please.
Parking Fine.

This reminder has arrived but we didn't receive the original fine until after the reminder. Obviously must have been held up in the royal mail strikes.

Disabled badge holder in burger king (never went anywhere other than the restaurant itself)

Didn't realise it was limited time wise as it's solely for bk use.

The car was there for 20 minutes over apparently.
