Hi,
I have received a parking charge from GroupNexus that was received almost a month after the date of incident. I haven’t replied to the correspondence yet as I believe they cannot enforce charges unless notice is received within 14 days.
Incident date: 14/08/2022
Date of issue: 15/09/2022
I was just wondering if anyone could help me with how to appeal this charge? Happy to supply any information/image of fine if that helps?
