Parking charge notification time limit?

Hi,

I'm new here but just wanted to confirm if there is a maximum time between an alleged offence and the parking charge being issued. Received a charge letter today with a date of issue in Feb 2022 for the alleged offence taking place in Aug 2021. Is there still a 14 day limit on notification?
