Hi Guys,
Appreciate any guidance..... we are a small taxi company.....
started to receive Charge Notices (CN), Notice to Keeper (NTK) end of January for parking offences in August/September last year, so far received 4.
Company is VCS operating at Edinburgh Airport
Am i correct that they are proceeding under 'Contract Law' and we are not obliged to supply driver details.
They do not mention pofa 2012 and transferring claim to registered keeper i.e US
Do i appeal, or just ignore
