Warrnt of execution recieved from Collect servicies limit

I have received a letter from Collect services limited saying they have been instructed to enforce a warrant of execution for a penalty charge (parking). They are saying I owe £456.34 and said I must pay to avoid further bailiff charges and the removing of goods from my home! They have sent me no proof and I have received nothing in regards to going to court.

What shall I do? Thanks
