Good morning all.
Usual storey really.
I received a PCN from parking eye for being 5 minutes over their 20 min grace.
I appealed on the ground of not a reflection of actual loss, unfair terms etc.
No surprise but the appeal was rejected by PE and I now have a POPLA code.
In my initial letter to PE I did not request their breakdown of costs or their contract with the land owner.
Can I now request these from PE in addition to my POPLA appeal or should I state that I'll request these from PE if my POPLA appeal is rejected?
What are peoples thoughts?
