Having been trying to do what is supposed to be simple.
Registering a lease hold property that was not registered back in 1981.
It had previously been registered as freehold by the company who purchased it when built.
Numerous calls to Land registry have resulted in 3 times being told I need to fill in form FR1 and the other 3 say form AP1.
Why is it so hard to find out which form to fill in,?
