  • Property percentage of tenant in common

Hi after following advice to find out how my father and I own my property I have received this from land registry

    Further to your recent enquiry.

It appears that the Transfer dated the 04/01/2005 contained no information on how the property was held.

Due to the above we entered the form A restriction by default, a letter was sent to the lodging solicitor explaining this.

If you would like to apply for a copy of the letter to your solicitors dated 28/01/2005, and the transfer dated 04/01/2005 please complete the form OC2.
I have sent off for the transfer docs and any paperwork but where does this leave my father and I. He has made no financial contribution ( only done to help me when I divorced, gaurentor as I was on a low income)and we would like some advice re him coming off the mortgage or how we would set up him as a small percent owner if required my mortgage lender?
How would this mean we own the property ,can a solicitor get the restriction A removed ?
