  • N181 Directions Questionnaire HELP PLEASE!

Hi, I'm new here so I hope I have posted in the right section!

My landlord was granted a possession order on mandatory grounds of rent arrears but the court gave me permission to defend and counterclaim.
The landlord has now gained possession of his property but I am still going ahead with the court proceedings.

I am representing myself and I've made it this far by doing so but now I could be out of my depth.

Without going into too much detail about my case (for fear of my creepy ex-landlord figuring out I'm his ex-tennant!), I'm in need of some advice and direction please.

I'm completely stumped by the N181 Directions Questionnaire and really don't know where to begin with it! I just don't know what the court want from me.

Under the "Settlement" section, its asking if I want a one month stay to attempt to settle the claim. Is this something that I should just answer Yes to in order to allow me more time, whether or not me or the opposition want to attempt to settle?
