How do I stop LPA receivers ?

Pincipality have appointed LPA receivers saying I have breached mortgage terms and conditions by dividing property. I have explained to them that this is not the case as it was divided long before the mortgage was granted but they have ignored me and gone ahead regardless. There are no arrears and I have never missed a payment so I assume the appointment is invalid so how so I get it stopped ?
Any advice much appreciated
