It would appear that SPML now wants to distance its self from Acenden Ltd and has a new address SOUTHERN PACIFIC MORTGAGE LIMITED 10-18 UNION STREET LONDON SE1 1SZ Company No. 03266119. No doubt they think we are all stupid!
However as far as I know they still don't have any employees so we can no doubt expect to see the same person in Acenden Ltd signing SPML company letters as lemans still have a 40% stake in Acenden ltd. It will still be as far as I am concerned a conflict of interests matter for mortgage customers even if SPML gave an address at the North Pole.
What mortgage customers need is for PwC the bankruptcy administer to show some balls and transfer the servicing as far away from of Acenden Ltd as possible to another company, then cut the connection of the corrupt senior management in Acenden ltd with SPML who are still loyal to Lemans.This is my own opinion after my dealings with this bunch of crooks.
