    Leaseholder cladding charge

    Hello

    please can I get some advice on an issue with charges for cladding following the fire issues which have prompted changes nationally in regulations. I have received a letter from the management company of my building advising that I and all leaseholders will be billed for the cladding changes to the building. Other buildings in the area seem to have had the cladding paid for by the developer or landlord. Any advice appreciated on how we can challenge this etc
