  • Mortgage arrears and warrant for possession of land/eviction

    hi

im shopping that someone can offer some help for me and my family,

I've just received a letter from my mortgage company solicitors and its says

    ------

As the terms of the order dated 7th October 2010 have not been adhered to we have received instruction s from our client to request that the warrant for Possession of land is enforced.

You will in due course be notified by the court of the eviction date.

    --------

I tried calling my mortgage company to speak with them and arrange some kind of payment plan but they said they won't do anything unless its full payment.

I can't afford the full payment of the arrears and they said i need to speak to the court but i can't get through to anyone.

it isn't the first time that that i have had eviction notices but i have always previously been able to clear the whole balance off but due to new circumstances i can't do it this time.

any advice as to what i can do now is very much appreciated.

    Many thanks

    d
