  • Registering third-party interest in property with Land Registry

    Hi

Hoping somebody will be able to assist...

My neighbour is selling their property, but they have stolen some of my land and I have not recovered it as yet. This has been ongoing for many years.

I am concerned about the property being sold and the new owner not being aware of the above. Therefore, I plan to enter a Unilateral Notice and a Restriction with the Land Registry.

The Unilateral Notice appears to be straightforward enough; however, I am a little unsure as to which form I use to enter the Restriction? What I am seeking is to perhaps prevent the neighbour from completing a sale without my consent whilst still in possession of my land. Is it Form OO??

    Thank in advance!
