Amending a document already submitted (possession claim)

I have submitted and accelerated possession claim and one of the documents there is an error. Along with the certificate of service is a proof of service whereby the section 21 was hand delivered the cert of service is correct but the dates on the proof of service (i.e. a written statement showing that someone witnessed the service of the s21) however the dates on this dont match the dates of the s21 or the cert of service. I want to resubmit this document to alert the court that there is an error, how would i go about doing this?
