Some may recall that when this judgement was 1st entered I suggested that whilst it may take some time for it to be realized by the profession it could prove very important for UK law.
Now its been upheld against the UK in this rather telling matter

The powers that be, though they think they can, cannot keep cherry picking and expect to get away with it all of the time-I'm pleased to say
