Facebook Won't Remove Profile

My ex neighbour created a fake Facebook profile to attack me personally on social media.

I have repeatedly requested for this profile to be removed, even my local MP Caroline Dineage tried and failed.

The profile was created to attack me personally, and I'm upset Facebook won't remove it claiming it doesn't breach community standards which is bloody laughable.

So what can I legally do about this to force them to remove it?
