  • Advice About Court Fees

So it looks increasingly likely I might have to take the Trustees to Court of this Discretionary Trust issues.

To date the Trustees have ignored correspondence, repeatedly ignored calls for the Trusts full accounting, and now appear to be ignoring a date for ADR Mediation.

The claim will be going to the local County Court.

So, I need some help with the Court Fees as its a non money claim, but a claim under Schmidt v Rosewood caselaw.

I have looked and its saying that for County Court non money claims, the Court Fees should be £280 is this correct?

I'm asking because my solicitor is only working on a Conditional Fee Arrangement, and sadly won't cover Court fees.

I've offered to pay towards them so does this figure look right as I've looked it up on the .gov website.

    Thanks x
