Cannot get credit - some help please

I would like some help.

The only black mark I can see on my credit file is a default which was registered by NewDay Limited on the 12th June 2018.

At the time of the default, the account was on hold under hardship grounds.

I have put a Notice of Correction on at the credit reference agencies explaining the situation.

My current credit score with Experian is 451.

I am still unable to get credit any ideas please!!
