  • Forced to work with someone with learning difficulties

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but any advice regarding my rights would be appreciated:

I work for my local council & have been forced to work with a person with learning difficulties. I've had no training & finding it difficult to cope!

After less than a week my heart is pumping, feeling extremely stressed (my first experience of stress at the age of 60)

Of course, those with learning difficulties have rights, & quite rightly so but do I have rights in this situation?

    Thank you for your time.
