Land registry, restriction.

Evening all,
I have a restriction on my deeds from 2010 from my IVA company. (cannot dispose of property without telling xxx)
I failed my IVA and nothing happened since. The IVA company went bust a few years ago..
I have asked the land registry to remove the restriction based on a, my iva failed, they handed me back to my creditors so this is where their claim to anything ended, b, the iva company is not there to repay.
Has anyone had any experience with this?
