  • Occupation order

    Hi all,
I had to apply for a Non-molestation order and occupation order to protect myself and my daughter. The non-molestation order was granted and after my ex attended a hearing for the occupation order, it was rescheduled for a full day's hearing. But part of the condition was that she must file and serve a response by 17/12/2018, whi h she has not done. I read that I can make an application for a default judgement, but have no idea how to do this, and can't afford a solicitor. I have looked through hundreds of documents on the gov site, but they all seem to relate to judgements where there is a claim for money, not residency of a property.
Has anyone had any experience of this, or know whi h form I need to file?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
