Mediation/seperation

Hi all, my wife and I are going through mediation after our seperation. We have come to an agreement on how we wish to split our assets and I am willing to take a lesser cut because my salary is a lot hirer and I want to make sure she doesn’t have to sell the house. I fully appreciate that it is strongly stacked in her favour. However mediation has advised that the court probably won’t sign that off. Can we go direct via a solicitor and say this is what we have agreed and at no point will we/I come back at a later stage and start demanding more. I feel that we should be able to make that decision. Any thoughts guys? Thanks for your help

It sounds worth consulting a specialist family lawyer on this. Find one in your area who practises collaborative family law, preferably a member of Resolution.
