Hi,
I been married for 23 years, I have son nearly 16 in August, daughter who is 21. I been working part times jobs and looking after kids.
she was bread winner and now she runs a consultancy . She been controlling all finances etc. now I don’t have money. I work part time.
we have renovation going on in house. She is controlling everything and not involving me. She says builder and her become friend now.
I wanted know how the assets will be split. This residence where we are living is on her name. Does she legally have right to keep the house. May be as a mother. But I want that house. She wanted me to get out in other house which is in same town but said no, this is my house as well. She have whole family friends here, I have no one except my kids. Not many friends. I have depression and Anxiety.
they all ganging on me. And can she involve in other business?
What’s usually happens with assets, cash, pension etc and main residence. Need advice.
