Hi all,
So my wife and I are separating and she wants the house but there's no way she can't afford it.
Well she went to they police and told them I had hit her, sexually abused her, triead to control her and broke her phone.
I was arrested, cuffed and put in a cell for 8 hours after the interview I was released with No further action.
She told me her friend told her to do it and she never thought I would get arrested and she also said that the police lied and twisted what she said,
she is a covert narcissist and she doesn't always understand what she is doing,
I work in education and I'm worried a enhanced dbr will show up that I have been accused of these things.
my question is
As she has admitted to me it was all lies Can she withdraw her statement ?
Is it even worth it ?
She did it to try and obtain the house, I know she's crazy !
