Hello
I have just attended first shuttle mediation with ex to discuss the future of the jointly owned property, which I have been locked out of.
We have a big difference in the valuation She is valuing the property far too low (quoting the value from 3years ago for a London property) and I am valuing the property based on zoopla.
The mediator has advised that ex won't let me be in the property if and when the valuation has been thoroughly needs to done. I really don't want to start a fight over this.
My question are:
- does it make a difference if I am there when the property is being valued?
- should I recommend estate agent or a chartered personnel, which is chargeable?
Thank you.
