The book I am recommending is one that I have yet to read but is one that does seem to appear to do the job.
Lucy Read's "Family Courts without a lawyer: A Handbook to litigants in person".
Lucy Read's credentials are as follows: http://www.stjohnschambers.co.uk/fam.../344/lucy-reed
Furthermore a review of the book is here: http://www.familylore.co.uk/2011/06/...s-without.html
and here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/law/butter...cy-reed-review
The book is quite a hefty price at just under £30.00 but the information might be invaluable to a user of this forum who may not be able to afford or obtain a solicitor. Sometimes, even when you do obtain a solicitor then they can be a bit useless unless you prod them a bit
