    she has not responded, so what shall I do? I filed D11 to get the courts to agree to service this by Facebook, what could I do if she does not respond please atticus ?

      Have you filed your certificate of service or other proof that you have done as the court order prescribed?

        yes, I had already done it. as per that only courts gave my wife 14 days to respond and now courts are telling me she has not. so what do I do now?

          Have you read the Family Procedure Rules? That is what I shall have to do when I get time.

            7.9.

            An application may be made to the court for it to consider the making of a conditional order of divorce or dissolution in the proceedings at any time after the end of the period of 20 weeks from the date on which the application was issued provided that:

            (a) the time for filing the acknowledgment of service has expired and no party has filed an acknowledgement of service indicating an intention to dispute the proceedings; and

            (b) in any other case, the time for filing an answer to every application for a matrimonial or civil partnership order made in the proceedings has expired.
