Hi everyone, I'm new to all this and I'd be grateful for any advice offered ☺️
My father has a history of mental health problems and is currently in hospital under section 3 of the mental health act. My mother passed away over 10 years ago and my grandmother is ill, as an only child I am now legally his nearest relative.
I understand the concept of this and I am more than happy to take on the responsibilities.
My issue is this.
A close family member has been manipulating my father and grandmother for sometime, financially and emotionally. Is there anything I can do to stop this person visiting or contacting my father while he is in the hospital?
