Hi,
I was placed under 30 days consultation over a month ago.
I have had one meeting. Despite asking questions - I recieved no answers.
I asked for a follow up meeting and despite stating this was possible - recieved no meeting.
I asked further questions after I chased the no responses later in that month - again, no response.
I have passed my 30 days and have heard nothing from the business in regards to my final meeting.
I'm not sure what to do.
I am on one months notice which I think I will need to work and want to understand what I can do.
Can I challange them on the lack of consultation?
I suspect they either want me to work my notice or fill a new vacant role (different job) but despite asking questions have heard nothing. I dont really want to be forced into a role.
I know I can ask again and pressure them but I suppose my question is if I have a right to challange the process and potentially ask that I leave and claim against them (tribunal or constructive dissmissal).
I'm not sure and although I have tried to research I cannot say for sure what I can legally expect or if I can challange in any way at all?
Thanks
S
