Dear all,
I had a grievance investigation conclusion meeting about three weeks ago and all remedies I requested were granted. One of them was that I am reinstated at my usual role in my usual office. I was given a date when I can return.
Last week the investigating manager emailed me saying that this date is not realistic because they need to prepare to support my return. The date has now passed and I was not given a new one.
My question is: Do the remedies in grievance processes have any legal validity or can they be changed willy nilly?
