My employer currently operates an attendance based bonus scheme that formed part of my Terms of Employment
This is made up of quarterly bonuses paid on full attendance of that quarter and then a double bonus in December for a full years attendance.
This equates to £1,750 per year.
I have just been told this is being scrapped in favour of an annual bonus paid on employee and company KPIs.
Where do I stand on this?
