    Hi,
I'm a full time employee and later I started a project which involves 3.5-4h driving every day,
Now the said to me that I can't book any overtime for that..,
And also they said that our vans are our working place as well,
So that kinda go head to head,
They are saying also that we have to give them like 2.45h everyday for traveling..,
And if goes over we can book a hotel and stay over,
But I told them that I don't want to stay over,I want to get back to my family, plus it's only 27miles away the job but it's nightmare in terms of traffic,
So I get to waste 4h from my private time without getting paid a penny,
On my contract it does specific that we have to travel but not how much...
    Thanks,
    Cip
