When calculating loss of earnings for an employment tribunal, can you take into account any pay increase given to the job position after you were dismissed? A month after my dismissal the pay for my job went up by £5000 a year. The pay is linked to the job, not to the person doing it. I am losing out on that pay rise and, had I not been unfairly dismissed, I would have gotten that pay rise as it goes with the job.
